Bats are protected under Utah wildlife regulations, which means removal has to be done through humane exclusion rather than extermination, and timing matters — exclusion work has to happen outside the summer maternity season so flightless pups aren't sealed inside. We handle the inspection, exclusion timing, and permanent sealing so the colony relocates and stays out.
